摘要
本文报道了我院近年来21例脾外伤患者选择性保脾治疗的情况。对脾外伤选择性治疗的目的、方法及适应症进行讨论。
The treatment for preserved spleen in 21 cases suffering from splenic trauma in recent years were reported. Choice of menagement,operative procedures and indications in patieuts with splenic trauma were discussed.
