左旋精氨酸/一氧化氮_(L-ARG/NO)对胃肠道功能的调节作用
摘要
一氧化氮(NO)是一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)作用于底物左旋精氨酸(L—ARG)所合成,化学性质极不稳定。在体内它主要产生于血管内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、枯否氏细胞及巨噬细胞。NOS可分为结构型(cNOS)和诱导型(iNOS)两类。左旋精氨酸甲酯(1—NAME)、N—甲基左旋精氨酸(L—NMMA)
