脑恶性肿瘤术中微波热疗的设计和初步临床病理观察

The design and preliminary clinical pathological survey of microwave heat therapy in brain malignancies

本文介绍了研究的水囊式辐射器和15例患者的初步临床观察。脑恶性肿瘤微波热疗装置使用频率为2 450MHz的微波,治疗时间为0～60分钟。以不产生临床不良反应为前提,选定43.5℃为三点测温中的上限,加温时间为30分钟,微波辐射穿透力弱于915MHz。临床初步病理显示,微波热疗无明显的不良后果,对残存的瘤细胞产生不可逆损害,首先呈现线粒体和内质网损伤,而神经细胞只产生较轻的可逆性变性反应。

The CRF-body cavity cancer hyperthermia equiptment for treatment of brain tumor was reported. In this equipment, the application frequency of microwave is 2 450MHz and its radiated penetration power is lower than 915MHz. Fifteen patients with brain tumor were treated with this equipment, then the histological change of tumor and nerve cells were examined. It showed that the mitochondri and endoplasmic reticulum in remained tumor cells were damaged, but the damage of nerve cells was mild and reversilbe.
