摘要
The properties of PbTiO 3 ceramics are improved by adding a small amount of Nd 2O 3. This improvement is closely related to microstructure and electrical behaviour of Nd 2O 3 modified PbTiO 3 ceramics. In this paper, the properties of Nd 2O 3 modified PbTiO 3 ceramics are studied.
