肾移植术后恶性肿瘤的发生(附5例报告)

Malignant Neoplasm Occurs in Renal Transplant Recipients (Report of 5 cases)

198例肾移植患者中发生恶性肿瘤5例,其中胸膜鳞癌、非何杰金氏淋巴瘤、食管癌各1例、膀胱癌2例。肿瘤恶性度较高,病程进展迅速,临床发病时已属晚期,未能行有效治疗,均于短期内死亡。结合文献复习讨论了肿瘤发生的病因学和临床处理。

Five patients with malignant neoplasm were reported in 198 consecutive renal transplant recipeients. The 5 malignant tumors included pleura squamous carcinoma, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, esophagus carcinoma and bladder cancer. The tumors were high malignant and advanced when detected. No effects therapy is taken. Related literatures were reviewed, the etiology and clinical management were discussed.
