ESWL与URS治疗输尿管结石疗效分析

ESWL or URS in the Treatment of the Ureteral Stone

1991年1月～1996年4月,采用ESWL及URS共收治输尿管结石499例。ESWL组323例,其中上段138例,中段28例及下段157例。1—3月结石排净率为98.8％(319/323)。URS组175例,其中原发性结石56例,ESWL辅助URS取石120例,结石位于上段15例,中段70例及下段91例,取石成功率为81.8％(144/176)。两组失败36例,其中13例改为开放手术,占2.6％,未发生严重并发症,本文对治疗有关问题作了讨论。

499 cases of ureteral stones were treated by ESWL or URS from Jan. 1991 through Dec. 1995. Upper, mid and lower ureteral stones were 138 cases. 28 cases and 157 cases respectioely in ESWL group. The stone-free rate was 98.8%(319/323). In URS group, in situ ureteral stones were 56 cases, adja-vant URS were 120 cases after ESWL. Upper, mid and lower ureteral stones were 15 cases. 70 cases and 91 cases respectively. The success rate of URS was 81. 8%(144/178). 36 cases failed in treatment with ESWL or URS, 13 cases was carried out open operation. There has been no major complication in our series, The principles, effects and the costs of treatment with ESWL or URS procedures were discussed.
