摘要
本文否定了秘书无个性之说,强调个性是秘书综合素质的核心内容,并进一步阐述了秘书发展自身个性应处理的两个关系。
This thesis denies the idea that secretaries do not have characteristics ,stresses that characteristics is the contents at the core of a secretary's unified qualities, and furtherly states that secretaries should deal with two relationships to develope their own characteristics.
