摘要
本文采用有限元法,对6135柴油机机体进行了静力分析和模态分析,并将有限元计算结 果与该机体的静态刚度测试和模态测试的数据分别进行了对比,验证了有限元分析结果的可信 度,分析结论为提高6135机体的刚度和减振提供了改进依据.
In this paper, the static and modal analysis of the crankcase in diesel engine 6135 is provided. Based on the results of the finite element analysis and the test,the static stiffness and the modal of the structure is studied. These results can be used to improve the structure of the crankcase for increasing stiffness and decreasing vibration.
