摘要
本文在对水散热器的基本结构、传热热阻、散热带局部放热系数等问题进行分析的基础 上得出:对于目前车辆常用的水散热器,其散热带、水管的热阻与重量之间存在着极不匹配的关 系,提出了开发、研制高效能的散热元件是提高散热器性能、减少体积、减轻重量、节约原材料的有 效途径,是研制开发重型车辆用高效紧凑散热器技术的核心和基础.
The fins, tubes and their heat transfer residence and weight are out of accord with each other. Based on the analyses of the normal structure radiators and their heat transfer residence and local exothermal coefficient, this paper presented that developing high effective transfer elements is a valuable approach of improving its performance, decreasing its volume, cutting its weight down and minimizing its starting materials, and it is also a technical core of developing the high efficiency and compact radiators for heavy-duty vehicles.
