开放式颅窗法研究软脑膜微循环方法的建立及应用

METHOD AND APPLICATION OF OPEN CRANIAL WINDOW IN STUDYING PIAL MICROCIRCULATION

本文参照国内外同类颅骨开窗法,用多种实验动物制成了开放式颅窗,可保持实验动物全身及颅窗局部较长时间处于生理状态。首次提出了判定开放式颅窗法是否成功的局部标准,此方法应用的注意事项及使用范围。

With the reference of the similar method of others,we discuss and evaluate the open cranial window method in the research of pial and cerebral microcirculation.The open cranial window was made in different kind of experiment animals.The brain areas of the open cranial window and the animal can be kept in physiological condition for a long time.We issued firstly the criterion of local sign for deciding if the open cranial window is successful.The points for attention and the range of application of this method also discussed in this article.
