摘要
该文阐述了以装备战备完好性为中心的备件库存控制的基本原理,并从数学上给出了一 种以可用度为中心的战备完好性备件库存模型。该模型可计算装备细目结构中所有组件在各级别 的维修机构中的库存水平,并在满足一定费用约束的条件下,使装备的使用可用度达到最大。
This paper introduces the basis theories of the readiness-based sparing model and a mathematical description is given of a availability centered readiness-based sparing model. The model determines inventory levels for all items in the top-down breakdown of an equipment and at all levels in a multi-echelon support system that maximize equipment availability within budget constraints.
