以汕头港外导流防砂堤和华能汕头电厂重件码头工程为例,提出施工阶段监理工作分为准备、施工和竣工验收三个阶段。并阐述了各阶段的工作内容和对相关程序作了探讨。

Through the examples of diversion sediment barrier of Shantou Port andheavy piece cargo terminal of Shantou Power Plant, it was raised that in the paper, the supervision work during the construction period are divided into three periods, namely the periods of preparation, construction and completion and acceptance. The working contents for each period were described and the inquiry on the relative program were also made in it.
