At 0~5.5 GPa and 25~1 250℃ ,the P wave velocities of alkaline olivine basalt were measured and the effect of pressure,temperature,serpentine dehydration and basalt eclogite transformation of P wave velocity were studied.It is verified that there exists softening effect in the pressure range of our experiments.Dehydration temperature of serpentine at 1~5.0 GPa was determined by the measurement of electrical conductance tempreaure curves and its dehydration mechanism was discussed.Melting crystallizing expreiments of basalt+H 2O system at high pressure indicated that pressure was the most important factor to affect the assemblage and mineral composition of experimental products.At 0~5.0 GPa and 25~500℃,the electrical properties of H 2O and NaOH+H 2O system were measured by the method of AC impedance measurement. The activation energy of NaOH+H 2O system was also calculated and the pressure and temperature dependence of electrical conductivity,dielectric constand and activation energy were studied according to our experimental results.
