126例恶性肿瘤患者的血小板观察

OBSERVATION OF PLATELETS IN 126 PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT TUMORS

恶性肿瘤患者的血小板变化日益引起广泛的重视。自1877年Reiss首次报导了肿瘤病人合并血小板增多后,国内外相继有不少报道。但对恶性肿瘤患者静脉血小板、血小板电泳、血小板聚集的报道甚少。现将我院收治的126例恶性肿瘤患者的检查报导如下:

This article analysed the results of platelet counts,platelet aggregtion tests the and platelet electrlophoresis of 126 patients with malignant tumors.The results showed that the platelet counts of venous blood increased, and the difference of platelet electrophoresis were no significance in the group of patients with malignant tumors as compared with normal group.platelet revulsive aggregation rate (ADR 5.0×10-6,ADR 2.5×10-6) of patients with malignant tumors decreased in comparison with the normal group.
