摘要
本文对海湾扇贝生殖细胞的发生及生殖腺的发育过程进行了研究。根据细胞的大小、形态及卵黄物质的含量,将海湾扇贝卵子的发生划分为卵原细胞期、无卵黄期、卵黄形成前期、卵黄形成后期和成熟期。卵细胞发育过程中始终伴随着滤泡细胞结构和形态的变化,这一现象明显可见。另外还发现具有两个核仁的卵子。精子的发生过程相应划分为精原细胞期、初级精母细胞期、次级精母细胞期、精细胞期和精子期五个阶段。根据滤泡中生殖细胞的形态及所占比例,将生殖腺发育过程划分为增殖期、生长期、成熟期、生殖期和休止期。海湾扇贝为雌雄同体、异体受精。本文还讨论了海湾扇贝精,卵的发生与性腺成熟的关系。
The gametogenesis and the gonadial development of scallop, Argopecten irradians have been studied in this article. According to the germ cells' size, shape, and the amount of yolk, the oogenesis of the scallop, Argopecten irradians is divided into oogonium stage, yolkless stage, early yolk-formation stage, late yolk-formation stage and maturate stage. It is obvious that the oogenesis always accompanys with the variation of the structure and the shape of the follicle cell. Moreover, the author also discovered some eggs with two nucleolus. Spermatogenesis is accordingly divided into five stages - spermatogonium stage, primar) spermatocyte stage, secondary spematocyte stage, spermatid stage and spermatozoon stage. By the shape and the proportion of the germ cells in the follicle, the course of gonadial development can be divided into the following five periods - prolifeation period, growth period, maturation period, spawning period and resting period. The scallop, Argopecten irradians is hermaphrodite but allogamy. The relationship of the gonadial maturation to the oogenesis and spermatogenesis has also been discussed in this article.
