摘要
本文研究了温度对青虾胚胎发育的影响,在一定温度范围内,青虾的胚胎发育时间随温度升高而缩短。在22℃时所用时间最长,为429.8h,在32℃时所用时间最短,仅需220.4h,而至35℃时,则胚胎不能完成整个发育期。在一定温度范围内,青虾卵的破膜时间也随温度的升高而缩短。22℃时所用时间最长,为10.0h,在32℃时所用时间最短,仅需5.0h。
The paper studies the effect of temperature on embryonic development of Macrobrachium nipponense. In the proper range of temperature, the time for embryonic development of Macrobrachium nipponense shortens as the temperature goes up. At the temperature 22℃, the time needed is the longest ,it is 429.8h, while at 32℃,the time needed is the shortest, only 220.4h. But up to 35℃, the entire embryonic developing can not be finished. Also, within the proper range of temperature, the time for tearing the membrane shortens as the temperature goes up. At 22℃ , the time needed is the longest, it is 10.0h, while at 32℃, the time needed is the shortest, only 5.0h.
