DISCUSSION OF THE ACTING SURFACE OF RESULTANT STRESS ON STRESS ELLIIPSOID

在一般应力状态的应力椭球面上．一点的矢径不能直接给出相应全应力作用面的方向，但是，通过调整坐标比例尺，将应力椭球面改制成应力球面，该球面上一点矢径指向就是相应全应力作用面的法向。

On the stress ellipsoid in common stress state, radius vector of a point cannt detemine directly direction of acting surface of the resultant stress. While the ellipsoid was reformed a stress sphere by adjusting scale of coordinate,radius vector's direction of a point on this sphere is direction of the resultant stress.
