摘要
本文给出了一种实验研究冲击压缩下靶板表面漫反射率的光电技术 ,该技术使用激光作为外光源照射随机粗糙的靶板表面 ,同时测量不同立体张角的漫反射激光功率 ,进而得到表面反射率。测量系统中 ,用偏振分束器将激光与热辐射进行偏振分离 ,再将两束振动方向相互垂直的偏振光相减 ,完全消除了热辐射对信号的影响。已用该技术实验研究了钨靶在冲击压缩下的表面反射率 ,获得了较好的实验结果。
A photoelectric technique for measuring reflectivity of a tungsten target surface under shock compression is given in the paper.This technique uses laser as light source to illuminate the random rough target surface,and at the same time it measures the diffuse reflective laser power at different spatial angles,thus the surface reflectivity can be obtained.In measuring system,the laser and thermal radiation are separated by the polarizing beam splitters.The heat radiation which produces noise in signals is eliminated completely by subtraction of S polarizing light beam from P polarizing beam.The technique had been used to measure reflectivity of tungsten target surface under shock compression and the satisfied results were obtained.The experimental results are briefly analyzed in the paper.
