本文描述了声光 Q开关的工作原理 ,其工作于 1 .0 6 μm、4 0 MHz超声频率 ,并采用 36°y切铌酸锂换能器。在喇曼和布喇格区域 (过渡区域 )设计、制作并测试和评价了激光标记机声光
The operating principle of acousto optic Q switch is described in the paper.The Q switch uses 1.06μm laser and lithium niobate transducer with 36° y axial angle,and its ultrasonic frequency is 40MHz.The acousto optic Q switch for laser marking machine in Raman and Bragg bands (transition area) is designed,made,tested and evaluated.
