摘要
本文利用微光学技术设计并研制了一种同时具有滤波、分束和成象功能的二元光学全互连器件。结合光学子波变换原理,构建了一个紧凑小型的多通道纹理图象处理系统,给出了设计与实验结果。表明了微光学技术与器件在灵活性及多功能性等方面的优势。
A novel binary optical element, which has the functions of filtering,beam-splitting and imaging, is designed and fabricated. it's diameter is 4 millimeter with 16 channel filters integrated, which are sensitive to different scales and orientations. With this element, We constructed a compact and smart multi-channel texture segmentation system based on principle of optical wavelet transform.The design method and experimental result show a good future of micro optical elements.
