摘要
通过对不同形成阶段气一液界面Langmuir膜诱导下的CdS粒子的研究,证实了气一液界面CdS粒子点→网→片→交叠的形成过程,紫外可见吸收光谱分析表明这种CdS粒子具有量子尺寸效应,相对于体相带隙蓝移0.15ev.
It was prived that the formation process of the CdS induced by iangmuir films at the air-water interface was dots-net -piece-piece by piece after system research of our group.The quantum size affect of this CdS was observed and there were a blue shift about 0.15ev of the band gap of this CdS compared with that of bulk CdS crystal.
