摘要 采用轴向位移转换法的线性激光微位移非接触测量传感器,它具有可测倾斜角大、像面上圆环半径的大小与位移量成线性关系、可判断倾斜方向并计算倾斜角度的特点。其工作原理就是将被测点相对于系统物方焦点的踞离的变化转换成像面上圆环大小的变化,从而实现微位移量的测量。 In this paper,a new linear laser non-contact macro-displacement sor is proposed. This method is that the distance between the measured point and the focus point in the object space is transformed the change of magnification of ring in the image plane, and displacement measurement is finished. In this sensor,a laser diode illuminates the measured surface in system optic axis. The receiving lens receives the emitting light from the measured object in all direction. Between the receiving lens and the imaging lens, a ring silt is put. And then,a ring picture will appear in image plane. The picture is received by CCD camera. The computer gets the image data by the image acquisition board,and then give the measurement result. this method has many distinct features as follows: (1) The structure is simple. (2) big measurement inclination angle. (3) the linear relation between the change of ring image plane and the displacement. (4) it can decide the inclination direction of the measured surface and can also calculate this inclination angle. this sensor not only finished the real- time and high accurate measurement of the 3-D free form surface of metal,clay,wood model and die whose surface eqution is known,but also finished the real-time and tracing measurement 3-D free form surface of metal,soft material model and die whose surface eqution is not known.
