硬脂酸凝胶法制备钡铁氧体纳米材料

摘要 本文首次报导了用硬脂酸凝胶法合成六角晶系钡铁氧体纳米材料,采用TG、DTA、IR及XRD等手段对合成过程进行了表征。BaFe12O19纳米晶形成温度为650℃,所制备的粉体材料胶粒均匀,粒径在10~20nm。 Preparation of barium ferrite nanocrystals by stearic acid gel method is reported first time. The synthetic process was investigated by TG.DTA.IR and XRD. The hexaferrite nanocrystals were formed at 650oC without any intermediates that always occur in other methods such as α-Fe2O3 and BaFe2O4. Well crystallized BaFe12O19 nanocrystalline material was obtained with grain size of 10~20nm.
