摘要
采用以氧化铅、丁酸钛为原料,乳酸为溶剂的溶胶一凝胶技术,合成了纳米级钛酸铅晶体(PbTiO3)。对制备过程中溶胶、凝胶的形成、化学键的结合方式,PbTiO3纳米晶的特性进行了表征。所采用的实验手段有红外光谱、热重一差热分析、X一射线衍射和透射电镜。实验结果说明采用该方法钛酸铅的晶化温度降到了362℃。比传统因相反应法合成温度685℃降低了320℃,且经过420℃灼烧1小时后获得的钛酸铅经X一射线衍射分析为纯相,通过透射电镜分析,其纳米粒子的粒径<60nm。
Lead titanate nanocrystals were derived by alcogel methods. by means of absorbtion the water on atomsphere, the solidification and glation were formed completely.The nanocrystals were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Xray diffraction (RXD). The experiment demonstration as follows: multi-hydroxylic alcoholics could effectively cut down the synthesis temperature of PbTiO3 on the contrary the composition tempetature increased markedly with the alkyl. increased
