鸡、鸭饲料氨基酸消化率的比较研究

COMPARISON OF AMINO ACID DIGESTIBILITY OF SOME FEEDSTUFFS IN COCKEREL AND DRAKE

试验用１６只去盲肠的公鸡和１０只去盲肠的公鸭，分别测定了玉米、裸大麦、菜籽饼和菜籽粕的氨基酸表现和真消化率。用绝食法和无氮日粮法测定内源氨基酸排泄量。试验结果表明，除菜籽饼外，无论是氨基酸的表现消化率均值或用绝食法或无氮日粮法估测的真消化率均值，鸡鸭之间均有显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）或极显著差异。但绝食法估测的氨基酸真消化率，鸡鸭之间的差异较无氮日粮法小。鸡鸭对于菜籽粕氨基酸消化率虽有显著差异，但较玉米和裸大麦小。

Sixteen caecectomized cocketels and 16 similar drakes were used in this experiment in aetermine apparent and true amino acid digestibility of maize,naked barly, rapeseed meal(screwpress) and rapeseed meal(screwpress and soventextraeted). The endogenous amino acid loss was measured by statvation and Nitrogen-free diet methods. The results showed significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.001) in the appanent und true digestibilities of meize, naked barly und raleseed meul(screwpress and solvent-extracted) between cockerel and drake, but no significant differences for rapeseed meal(screwpress), and the differences of true amino acid digestioility with the starvation method were less than that with nitrogen-free diet and the differences between cockerel and drake for rapeseed meal(screwpress and solvent-extracted) were also less than that for meize and naked barley.
