摘要
试验用34周龄伊莎蛋鸡192只,均分为四组,分别于基础饲粮中添加0,0.1%,0.3%酪蛋白水解物-肽Ⅰ和0.3%肽Ⅱ。四周的试验结果表明,肽Ⅱ号制品的添加使蛋鸡的产蛋率、日产蛋量和饲料转换效率显著(P<0.05)提高,蛋壳强度有升高的趋势,血浆肽含量显著(P<0.05)高于肽Ⅰ号制品和对照组;肽的添加使血浆铁、锌含量显著地(P<0.05)高于对照组,试验结果表明:肽的作用不仅仅在于提供氨基酸来源,其对微量元素利用的影响、循环中肽的作用可能也是蛋白质营养作用的重要方面。
The experiment were conducted for 4wks with 192 laying hens(34wis old) to determine the influence of addition of two different casein hydrolysate preparation I,II(PI,PII) to corn-soybean basal diet of hens on the performance and the content of plasma Fe. Zn of layer hens.Egg production, F/G were highly improved (P<0.01) by suplementation of 0. 3% PII,but the effect was not found in that of addition of PI, The plasma Fe and Zn content of layer with diet supplementation 0.1 or 0. 3% P I and 0. 3% P II was significantly higher than that of control Iayer(P<0.65-0.01). The detriment shell rate of layer was dcreased by supplementation of PI and PII. The content of plasma peptides was significantly higher in later with diet supplementation 0. 3% PII than that of control layer(P<0-01), The results suggested that some peptides of casein hydrolysate might affect the performance of layer through their bioactive role and the utilization of trace elements.
