鸭饲料氨基酸消化率的测定及去盲肠对氨基酸消化率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验选用切除与未切除盲肠公鸭各16只,以Sibbald“真代谢能法”测定鸭九种饲料氨基酸消化率,同时分别采用饥饿法和无氮日粮法测定内源氨基酸。试验结果表明:无氮日粮法测定的去盲肠鸭九种饲料氨基酸真消化率的平均值显著高于绝食法。未去盲肠鸭测定的棉仁粕、肉粉、菜籽饼、菜籽粕的平均表现氨基酸消化率均高于去盲肠鸭测得的值。盲肠切除与否对棉仁粕氨基酸消化率影响较大,对肉粉、菜籽饼、菜籽粕影响则较小。去盲肠鸭内源氨基酸排泄量高于未去盲肠鸭。无氮日粮法测定的内源氨基酸损失高于绝食法。 Sixteen intact and 16 caecectomized drakes were used in this study to determine with the sibbald's TME method the amino acid digestibilities of nine feedstuffs,and the endogenous amino acid loss was measured with starvation and nitrogen-free diet methods, respectively. The results showed as follows:The true amino acid digestibilities of the 9 feeds with endogenous amino acid loss measured with N-free diet methods were higher than those with starvation method. The apparent amino acid digestibility measured with intact drakes was higher than that measured with caecectomized drakes for cottonseed(solvent),meat, rapeseed(expeller) and rapeseed meal(solvent). Caecectomization had a marked influence on the apparent amino acid digestibility of cottonseed meal(solvent), However, the inflnence was not significant for meat meal, rapeseed meal(expeller), and rapeseed meal(solvent). The endogenous amino acid loss of caecectomized drakes was greater than that of intace drakes. The endogenous amino acid loss measured with N-free diet method was greater than that measured with starvation method.
