高校科研成果管理系统的设计

DESIGN OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR SCIENTIFIC PAYOFFS OF COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY

高校教职工发表的论文、著作或鉴定成果的题目，以及一位作者或多位作者姓名等字符串中实际字符数具有极大的随机性，给设计输出规定格式报表带来极大困难．本高校科研成果的管理设计解决了这一问题．本管理系统能分年度显示或打印个人、院系、校的著作、论文表，院系、校分类成果统计表以及鉴定成果单项或多项表。

Because of the practical character number of paper title and writer's name be of great randomness,in a callege or uncveisitg,it is difficult to design the output format of definite style.In order to solve this problem,a better method of program design is given in this paper. Our management system can display and print the annually statistical forms about the publication (work or paper),the classification and appreciation of the scientific payoff(single or multuple)for the person, the department (college)and the university.the functions of management system and the method of designing output format are emphatically described in the paper.
