摘要
本文以目前权威实验为依据，提出了物质的红外光谱辐射与热辐射的本质区别。
This paper according to last authentic experimentation, the distinction between infrared spectrum emission and thermionic is posed. A last mechanism of infrared spectrum emission is discussed.
