This paper discusses the underground application of XRF-sampling technique to Cu-Ni content determination in Kelatongke Cu-Ni Deposit. The research indicates that this technique has excellent geological effectiveness, economic benefits and the advantages of assessing the ore quality rapidly and minimizing laboars′ working intensity.
