白鹇与蓝鹇的人工孵化比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 白鹇和蓝鹇在卵的大小,卵型指数和重量系数,孵化期等繁殖生物学方面存在相似的特征(P >0.05);在新鲜卵重、孵化期间的失重及失重率等方面存在显著差异( P <0. 05). 白鹇和蓝鹇卵在孵化期间失重的直线回归方程分别为:Y1=-0.27 X1+43.438, r2=0.984; Y2=-0.22X2+40.245,r2=1(X表示孵化天数,Y表示卵重)。 The artificial incubation of Silver pheasant (Lophura nycthemera) and Swinhoe's pheasant (Lophura swinhoei) were studied from March to June 1995. Sixteen fertilized eggs and 8 nestlings of Silver pheasant, 13 fertilized eggs and 13 nestlings of Swinhoe's pheasant were studied. The result are as followings: The egg size, Elongation, weight coefficient and incubation period of Silver pheasant are similiar to those of the Swinhoe's pheasant (P >0. 05). The initial egg weight, weight loss and rate of weight loss are different between the two species (P <0. 05). The relationship between egg weight and incubation day are: Y1=0. 27 X1 +43. 438, r2 =0. 984 (Silver pheasant), Y2= -0. 22 X2 +40. 245, r2= 1 (Swinhoe's pheasant). At here, X =incubation day, Y =mean egg weight.
