家兔肝动脉平滑肌中多巴胺受体亚型分析

Analysis of dopamine receptor subtypes in smooth muscle of rabbit hepatic artery

选用ＦＯＤＡ和ＰＢＤＡ分别作为ＤＡ１和ＤＡ２受体的特异性激动剂；以ＳＣＨ２３３９。和ｄｏｍｐｅｒｉｄｏｎｅ分别作为ＤＡ１和ＤＡ２受体的阻断剂，利用离体血管环的方法对家兔肝动脉平滑肌中多巴胺受体的存在情况进行了观察。结果表明：多巴胺受体两亚型（ＤＡ１、ＤＡ２）均在肝动脉平滑肌中存在。

The isolated blood vessel ring assay was used to observe if the two subtypes of dopamine receptor exist in the smooth muscle of rabbit hepatic artery.Fenoldopam and N n propyl N n butyl dopamine were used respectively as the selective DA 1 and DA 2 receptor subtype agonist.SCH 23390 and domperidone were used respectively as the specific DA 1 and DA 2 receptor subtype agonist.The results suggest that the two subtypes(DA 1,DA 2) of dopamine receptor exist in the smooth muscles of hepatic artery.
