摘要
本文介绍用酶－偶联速率法测定大鼠血清和肝细胞质中苯丙氨酸羟化酶活性的方法，并作出了初步评价，选用正常鼠及糖尿病模型鼠，分别测定其血清及肝细胞质提取液中此酶活性，结果显示：本方法精密度好，重复性高。
A assay for rat blood and liver phenylalanine hydroxylase activity, with enzyme coupling rate procedure, was intruduced and evaluated, 32 normal and diabetic rats were elected for this study. The enzyme activity in blood and liver cells plasma was determined respectively. The result showed this method was possessed of high precision and repetition and suitable to routine work and clinical scientific research.
