摘要
用不完全双列杂交法,研究了四川省农科院新选育的几个水稻不育系和恢复系的碾米品质和外观品质的配合力。结果表明:碾米品质和外观品质性状主要受制于亲本的gca(一般配合力),而且多数性状以恢复系gca效应为主。碾米品质和外观品质性状主要受加性基因的影响。综合碾米品质和外观品质性状配合力效应来看,不育系522A略超过珍汕97A,恢复系多恢43略优于明恢63。
A 3×4 incomplete diallel cross design was made for estimating the combining ability of milling and appearance quality in indica hybrid rice in 1994.The results showed that; all the 9 traits (brown rice % .milled rice % ,head rice% ,kernel length,width,thickness,length/width,chalky rice % and chalky area) were mainly controlled by GCA of parents, and most of them were more dependent on OCA of restorer line. Milling and appearance quality of hybrid rice were mainly influenced by the additive gene. According to the combining a-bility effects of the grain quality traits, 522A was apparently better than the CK Zhen shan 97A in 2 new CMS lines, Duo Hui 43 was slightly better than the CK minghui 63.
