籼型光(温)敏核不育系泸光2S选育研究

泸光2S是在四川生态条件下,利用育性转换特性有明显差异的两个籼型光敏核不育系8902S与8906S杂交,经7个世代选育稳定的。败育临界温度<24 ℃,不育期不育株率100％,花粉不育度99.5％以上,稳定不育期40天以上;可育期可育株率100％,在海南自然结实率60％以上,年度间稳定性好。该不育系属中籼早熟类型,主茎叶片13—14片,穗着粒数216±25.9粒,柱头外露率62.7％,午前花率70％。本文还对选育不育性和转换结实性均稳定的籼型光（温）敏核不育系的方法进行了讨论。

Photo-thermoperiod sensitive genie male sterile indica rice LG2s was selected by the progeny of a cross between 8902s()and 8906s () of which fertility alteration have siginificant different undernatural ecologic condition in Sichuan. Its crit ical sterile temperature was lower than 24℃,sterile pollen 99. 5% and open-seed set 60% in Hainan. Duration of stable male sterility of LG2s lasted more than 10 days. Its leaf number of main stem were 13-14 and mean spikelet number 216.1±25.9. Its flowering time was early and intense. The rate of emergent stigma was 62.7%. The method of breeding photo-thermoperiod sensitive genie male sterile indican rice with stable sterility and fertility was also discussed in this paper.
