摘要
用广麦74(六倍体小黑麦)与繁六远缘杂交育成的3个特殊类型育种新材料86—1,86—741和86—749及其小麦亲本繁六,分别与黑麦杂交,分析比较了4个杂种F_1PMC减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对行为,结果为:(1)小麦亲本繁六与黑麦的杂种F_1PMC减数分裂中期Ⅰ成0.76个棒状二价体;(2)86—1、86—741、86—749与黑麦的杂种F_1PMC减数分裂中期Ⅰ分别成2.60、2.82、1.80个棒状二价体。表明三个特殊类型材料的1~3条染色体含有黑麦染色体易位片段。
86-1,86-741 and 86 - 749 were the derivatives from Guangmai 74 (Triticale) ×Fan 6(common wheat). Four accessions of wheat 86-1,86- 741,86-749 and Fan 6 were grossed with rye. Chromosome pairings of PMCs at metaphase I were analysed.Meiotic configurations of the hybrids were 25. 4 1 +2. 60 rod I for 86-1×white rye,25. 18 I + 2. 82 rod II for 86-741×white rye,26. 21 +1-80 rod II for 86- 749× white ryeand 27. 24 I +0. 76 rod II for Fan 6×white rye. The results indicated that 1-3 chromosomes of the derivatives have the translocated fragments from the chromosome recombination between wheat and rye.
