摘要
通过9401A、7个Pol CMS及1个Ogu CMS与150余份单、双低、高蛋白及高产油菜品种(系)测交表明,3种类型不育系恢、保关系差异显著。9401A是一类恢、保源较广的新的胞质不育系,Ogu CMS没有找到恢复基因。胜利油菜及系选(包括绝大部份杂交选育的)品种(系)中有一些POl CMS的保持基因,没有恢复基因。白菜型地方品种中有Pol CMS恢复基因。国内外优质油菜品种中有Pol CMS的恢、保基因。相同的Pol CMS,其保持系不同,恢复系存在一定差异,但有些恢复系具有强恢和异质多恢性。Pol CMS恢复基因可用分期播种F_1来鉴定。
A total of 150 single or double low or high protein or hige yield varieties were testcrossed to 9401A,seven Pol. CMS Lines and a Ogu CMS line. The result showed that the maintainers and restorers of the three cat-egories of sterile lines were different- Many maintainers and restorers of 9401A were found in the varietiestestcrossed. Restoring gene of Ogu CMS line was not found. There were some maintainers but no any restorer of PolCMS lines in 'Sheng Lfrapesee d and its derived varieties. There were restorers of Pol CMS lines in local varieties of Brassica campestris L There were maintainers and restorers of Pol. CMS lines in quality varieties at home and abroad. There were difference in maintainers and restorers of identical Pol. CMS. But some restorers could restore all Pol. CMS lines nnd 9-101 A. The restoring genes of Pol.
