摘要
对收集的川西南14个县具代表性的50个小豆地方品种8个产量性状的主成份分析和聚类分析表明,前4个主成份(株高、一次分枝数、单株英数和单株粒数)对变异的累积贡献率达91.8%,供试品种主成份载荷均不理想。50个品种可分为6类,遗传距离的大小与品种的地理分布有一定关系但无必然联系。
Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were performed for 8 yield characters of 50 local culti-vars collected in the southwest Sichuan. The contributions of four principal components including plant height, first effective branches, Pods/plant and grains/pod, to total variation of population studied reached over 91. 8%. Loads of principal components in tested cultivars were all poor. 50 genotypes were grouped into six clusters by hierarchical clustering method. There were,some hut not direct connections between geographical distribution and D of genotypes.
