四川大麦种质资源营养品质分析

摘要 分析了101份四川大麦地方品种和育成品种的籽粒蛋白含量,赖氨酸含量和总淀粉含量等三个营养品质指标。结果表明,籽粒蛋白、赖氨酸、总淀粉含量平均值分别为:15.2%、O.44%和53.15%。粗蛋白含量在18%以上的有5份,川232、川315、川374、川育23和川育34,其中后4份的赖氨酸含量还在0.5%以上,为优质青稞或饲料大麦育种亲本;粗蛋白含量在11%以下的有2份:川育42和川育46,为优质啤酒大麦育种亲本。本文还比较分析了地方品种与育成品种的营养品质指标,对四川大麦种质资源的育种应用阶值进行了讨论。 Three nutrient characters including protein content .lysine content and total starch content of 101 accessions of Sichuan barley genetic germplasms including landrace and developed variety were analysed. The results shows as following:The average of protein content ,lysine content and total starch content were 15.24% ,0.44% and 53.15% respectively. There were 5 accessions including Chuan 232,Chuan 315,Chuan 374>Chuanyu 23 and Chuanyu 34 whose protein content was over 18%, and the last 4 accession's lysine content was over 0. 5%. So these accessions may be excellent germplasms for high quality breeding for human food or forage. 2 accessions ,Chuanyu 42 and Chuanyu 46,of which protein content was lower than 11 % ,may be excellent germplasms for high malting quality breeding . The nutrient characters of landrace and developed vari ety were compared ,and the utilization of Sichuan barley genetic germplasms was also discussed.
