川东北和川西南野生蔬菜资源

RESOURCES OF WILD VEGETABLE IN THE NORTHEAST AND SONTHWEST AREAS OF SICHUAN.

考察了川东北和川西南城口、雷波等24个县的野生蔬菜资源,对采集到的65份资源样本进行鉴定。实地考察和查证《四川植物志》和《中国野菜图谱》,上述地区野生蔬菜资源共30科53属93种,其中蕨菜3种,野生葱蒜类25种,绿叶菜类51种,薯芋类4种,多年生野菜10种。考察了野菜的分布,介绍了蕨菜、根韭、蕺菜、莼菜等野菜资源的开发利用状况。介绍了利用潜力很大的歪头菜,旋花茄、野冬寒菜等15种野莱。

In rsecent years,the investigation of wild vegetable resources are carried in 24 towns of northeast and Southwest areas in Sichuan, Such as Chengkou ,Leibo ete.. 65 resources are collected and identified, in according to the investigation and looking up the Sichuan Flora and the Chinese Aflas of wild vegefable.the resources of wild vegefable are quite abundant in these are-an. They are belonged to 93 speeieson of 53 genns of 30 family in these specieses .there are 3 pteridophyfes,25 wild omims and garlics ,51 vegefable of green leaf ,4 Yam and fuber crops and 10 perennial plants. Distribution of each wild vegetable and or edible part are described briefly- 4 wild vegetables,which are Juecac.Genjiu.Jicai ,and ohuncac. are introduced their situation of expliot and are 12 wild vegetables,such as Wnnniengua and Banjiucai tic. .are piekeel up and eater by local people. Meanfime .some wild vegetables of unexpliot and unuse are infvodueed briefly. 75 wild uegefable which were unlcnows before had high value and high nubisfion fo people such as Waifoncai.Xuanhuaqie, Yedonghancai and etc.
