摘要
所研制的堆焊焊条是Cr-Mo-B合金系,堆焊层组织由马氏体和含硼化物、碳化物等的共晶体组成。由于硼化物(Fe_2B,C_rB)和碳化物(Mo_2C,Cr_7C_7)硬质相具有较高的硬度和良好的高温性能,所以堆焊层也具有较高的耐磨性和良好的红硬性,常温下的耐磨性能是“堆667”焊条的2~3倍,700℃时的硬度可达HV306.4。在制砖机双轴搅拌器的叶片上实际运行考核中,比原45钢淬火件提高寿命5倍以上。
The studid built-up welding rods belong to Cr-Mo -B alloy system. The structure of bulte-up welding layer is consist of eutectic of martensite, cpntain boronic compound (Fe2B, CrB) and carbide (Mo2C, Cr7C7) have high-hardness and good high-tempereture property, the built-up layer also has high wear-resistence and good red-hardness. The wear-resistence is about 2-3 times as much as that of built-up welding rod 667 at room temperature, even at 700C,the hardness can reach HV 306.4. During the examination of the operaton of duble-spindle agitator blade of brick manufacture, it is found that the live of the blade welded by the studied rods is 6 time that of the hardened 45 steel.
