摘要
通过对冷却壁热阻的计算和分析,阐明了提高冷却壁冷却能力,降低冷却壁热面温度的最有效途径是改变冷却壁的结构,减少或消除冷却水管与冷却壁体的间隙。另外,通过计算得到了冷却壁本体与冷却水间的传热系数,为计算冷却壁或炉衬的温度场提供了基本参数,对现有高炉用冷却壁,冷却壁本体与冷却水间的传热系数范围在154~323W/(m ̄2·℃),此计算值与日本的实验值基本一致。
In this paper,thermal resistances of stave were calculated and analyzed. According to results, the means to enhance cooling capacity and to reduce heat surface temperature of stave was stated, i.e. decreasing or eliminating the gap between cooling pipe and stave body.The heattransfer coefficient between stave body and cooling water was acquired. The value varied in 154~323 W/(m ̄2·℃),is identical to experimental results by Japanese.
