摘要
采用Fe-Si、Ba-Ca-Si作发热剂,对钢液进行了化学升热法的实验研究。主要测定了升温速度、升温值和热效率,讨论了发热剂加入量过剩指数、氧流量、供氩强度和枪位对升温效果的影响。
The paper studies the speed and the range of raising temperature of molten steel as well as the heat efficiecy with chemical heating method, using Fe-Si and Ba-Ca-Si alloy as heating agents. The factors affective the speed and the range of raising temperature are researched,
