摘要
本文应用粘性流体力学的方法推导了在钢不钻漏情况下移动式结晶器浇铸通道配合间隙公式。结合水模型试验分析了浇铸通道内压力、拉坯速度和间隙三者之间的关系。为铸机的结构设计和操作提供了理论依据。
The formula for moving mould casting passage assemble gap in the case of no steel leaking has been deduced by the viscosity fluid mechanics method. The links among the pressure, the casting speed and the gap in the casting passage have been analyzed with the hydraulic modelling test. It is the theory bases for the continuous caster design and operation.
