摘要
通过实验总结了单头螺旋槽管的传热特性和阻力特性，在分析螺旋糟管的结构因素对其性能影响的基础上，推荐了应用于工业炉热交换装置方面的螺旋槽管的最佳结构参数，ｐ／ｄ＿ｉ＝１．０～１．１，ｅ／ｄ＿ｉ＝０．０４～０．０５。
Based on the experiment,this paper discusses the heat transfer characteristics and drag characteristics of the single spiral-tube,and analyzes the structure factors affecting its nature.At last, it suggests that the optimum structure factors for heat exchanger on industrial furnace are given as follows p/di=0.1～1.1,and e/di=0.04～0.05.
