摘要
综述带钢表面缺陷检测系统的发展历史，主要是激光检测系统和ＣＣＤ检测系统的发展趋势及国内状况。
In this paper, the development of the steel strip surface defect inspection system is described. The development history and the future development trend of two main inspetion systems, CCD and laser scan inspection systems are analized in detail. At last,the development in China is also introduced.
