摘要
缺血前10min 灌流 FeSO_4/抗坏血酸自由基发生系统,可加重离体大鼠心脏再灌注室性颤动,同时使心肌超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低,丙二醛含量升高,冠脉流出液中乳酸脱氢酶含量增加。缺血前10min 给予川芎嗪(100μmol/L,500μmol/L)能降低 FeSO_4/抗坏血酸自由基发生系统再灌注大鼠心脏室颤的发生率,并使此系统产生的自由基减少。
FeSO_4/ascorbic acid(0.1μm/1μm) free radical-generating system was perfused 10 min prior to coronary artery liga tion untill the end of the experiment.This perfusion exacerbated the reperfusion ventrieular fibrillation,reduced the activ ities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase and increased the content of malondialdehyde in Langendorff hearts of rats.When Ligustrazini(100μM,500μM) was perfused 10 min prior to coronary artery ligation untill the end of the experiment,it had protective action against reperfusion arrhythmias exacerbated by FeSO_4/ascorbic acid.
