健心康对实验性缺血心肌的保护作用及其机理的探讨

摘要 本研究用垂体后叶素诱发心肌缺血模型以及结扎冠脉左前降支所致心肌梗塞模型在整体和离体水平对健心康抗心肌缺血作用进行了研究并观察了健心康对麻醉猫血流动力学的影响。结果表明,健心康对缺血心肌具有明显保护作用,能够降低心肌耗氧量,能够保护心肌 SOD 活性,减少脂质过氧化损害,增加血浆 PGI_2/TXA_2比值,改善心肌脂肪酸代谢。 The effects of Jianxinkang(JXK) on myocardial ischemia in rats were studied in the experiment of myocardial is- chemia induced by pituitrin and in the experiment of myocardial infarction produced by occlusion of coronary artery.In ad- dition,the effects of JXK on hemodynamic study in cats were observed also.The present study indicate that JXK has pro- tective effect on experimental myocardial ischemia,which might be correlated with pervention of myocardial lipid peroxi- dation and ameliorated the free fatty acid metabolic deterioration and attributed to incerasing the ratio of prostaglandin I_2/ thromboxane A_2 in plasma.
