摘要
本实验观察了回心草注射液对动物耐缺氧时间、心肌营养性血流量的作用和对心肌缺血小鼠的血清肌酸激酶(CK)、心肌丙二醛(MDA)浓度的影响。结果发现,与对照组比较,回心草组耐缺氧时间明显延长(P<0.01),心肌营养性血流量明显增加(P<0.01),血清 CK 水平下降(P<0.01),心肌 MDA 浓度降低(P<0.05)。
The authors studied the influence of Rhodobryum roseum on the tolerance time of oxygen deficit,nutritional blood flow(NBF) of myocardium,the serum levels of creatine kinase(CK) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) of my- ocardium in the mice with pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia.The results were as follows:compared with the control group,Rhodobryum roseum can obviously prolong the tolerance time of oxygen deficit(P<0.01) and greatly increase the NBF of myocardium (P<0.01).Furthermore,Rhodobryum roseum evidently reduced the serum levels of CK (P<0. 01) and the content of MDA of myocardium (P<0.05) in the mice with pituitrin induced myocardial ischemia.
