灯盏细辛对犬急性心肌缺血时组织纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂的影响

The Effects of Brevescapin on Tissue Type Plasminogen Activator and Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor of Dogs with Acute Myocardial lschemia

本实验观察灯盏细辛对犬急性心肌缺血早期组织纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂(tPA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI)的影响。结果表明:灯盏细辛能够明显抑制缺血后 PAI 浓度增高。与对照组和潘生丁比较,在缺血30min、60min、6h 时有显著性差异。随着时间延长,差异越来越显著,在缺血后6h 最明显(P<0.01)。另一方面,灯盏细辛还能够使 tPA 浓度维持相对恒定。在缺血后6h 时与对照组或潘生丁比较,有显著性差异。灯盏细辛对急性心肌缺血时 tPA、PAI 的影响可能是灯盏细辛抗心肌缺血的作用原理。

In this experiment the influence of Brevescapin injection on tissue type plasminogen activator(tPA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) of dogs with acute myocardial ischemia was observed.The results indicated that Brevescapin can inhibit significantly the increasing level of PAI after occlusion of the coronary artery.Compared with the control group or the group treated with Persantin,the study group showed siginficant differences 30,60 min and 6 hr.after the occlusion. These differences became greater as the time lasted.The difference most significant was 6 hr after ligation(P<0.01). On the other hand,Breveseapin can maintain the relative stableness of tPA.In comparison with the control group or Per- santin group,there was significant difference 6 hr after myocardial ischemia.The effect of Brevescapin on myocardial is- chemia might be due to the action of Brevescapin on tPA and PAI of the victims of acute myocardial ischemia.
